How long does pre-licensing take?
The KSCORE program is entirely self-paced. Most of our future agents complete the coursework in 4 to 8 weeks, depending on their schedule. We'll be right here to support you when you're ready to take the exam.
Can I do this part-time initially?
Absolutely. Many successful agents at our Otsego office started by building their real estate business alongside a full-time job. Our training and culture are designed to support your transition at a pace that works for you.
What exactly is KSCORE?
